Rooms

Rates are per room, per night. Advertised rates are subject to change without prior notice. Rollaways are available at $25 per night.

Code of Conduct

The Garland is a tobacco-free/drug-free facility. While guests may smoke tobacco in designated areas, the use of marijuana (recreational or medicinal) is strictly prohibited.

A credit card guarantee is required at check-in and will be authorized for the amount of your stay, plus $100 per day to cover incidentals. Any unused funds will be released following check-out. Debit cards are also honored, but please note that a hold may be placed on your funds by your financial institution when using your debit card. Please contact them for information regarding these holds.

Parking Rates

We have overnight self-parking available for guests with rates starting at $36 + tax per night. We also have overnight valet parking with rates starting at $39 + tax per night.

Early Check-In

Early check-in is subject to availability. Early arrival fee may apply. Please contact hotel directly for further information.

Cancellations

Guest room reservations can be cancelled without penalty 48 hours of your scheduled arrival. After that time, a cancellation charge applies equal to one night's room rate plus tax.

Early Departure

An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus tax is applicable if you choose to check out prior to the confirmed check out date.

Taxes

Rooms are subject to 16.25% state room tax and local taxes.

Taxes

A daily LA Hotel Worker Protection Ordinance fee of $8.76 will be added to every room rate starting Jan 1, 2023.

All rooms are subject to a nightly Environmental Sustainability Fee of $1.75.

Package Storage

Storage fees are $5 per package per day, until 2 days prior to their arrival or 2 days after check out date.
