The rooms were amazing, the pool and hot tub such a relaxing way to finish off the holiday. The staff were ridiculously accommodating. They run a complimentary shuttle to the subway and universal studios which is 4 minutes away. They will even organise your tickets if you don’t have them yet. Would stay at this venue again.
